Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and proactive House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private residence for hospice patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring that the household runs smoothly and efficiently. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including personal assistance, event planning, and property management, making it essential for the House Manager to be adaptable and resourceful. Medical background preferred. Duties Caregiving, managing schedules and appointments for household members. Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of the home, and manage inventory of household supplies. Plan and coordinate events, ensuring all details are handled from start to finish. Oversee property management tasks, including maintenance coordination and vendor management. Handle administrative duties such as budgeting, scheduling, and record keeping. Deliver exceptional customer service to guests and household members alike. Ensure meals are prepared as needed, demonstrating cooking skills that cater to dietary preferences. Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality. Qualifications Excellent administrative skills with proficiency in managing household budgets and schedules.
