Pay:
$22.00 per hour
We are seeking a professional and dependable Unarmed Security Site Supervisor to oversee daily security operations for a residential community in Ruther Glen, VA. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in the security industry, strong communication skills, and experience using workforce management/reporting systems such as TrackTik or similar platforms.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support security officers assigned to the residential community
Ensure all post orders, patrols, and reporting procedures are followed
Conduct property patrols and respond to incidents as needed
Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation
Monitor staffing, attendance, and shift coverage
Serve as the primary point of contact for site-related issues
Use workforce management/reporting systems for scheduling, reporting, and tracking officer activity
Maintain professional interaction with residents, guests, and property management
Requirements
Active Virginia DCJS Security Officer License (Guard Card) required
Previous security supervisor experience required
Prior security experience in residential communities preferred
Experience with TrackTik preferred, or similar systems such as Trackforce, THERMS, or related security workforce management software
Valid driver's license with clean driving record required
Must be able to pass MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing teams in residential or HOA environments
Familiarity with mobile patrol operations and digital reporting systems
Conflict resolution and customer service experience
