Pay:
From $50,000 per year

We take pride in our communities, our teams, and our commitment to excellence. We're seeking a Property Manager who is enthusiastic, dependable, self-motivated, and highly organized. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading a team, connecting with residents, and keeping the property in top shape. Maintenance experience is a huge plus, we'd love to have someone handy on-site.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the property and leasing office. Build and maintain positive relationships with residents to promote satisfaction and retention. Respond to resident inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal. Assist with onsite maintenance tasks as needed or coordinate with maintenance staff. Handle administrative tasks such as preparing and distributing notices, collecting leases, and managing documentation. Assist with owner relations by providing updates, conducting property tours, and responding to inquiries. Prepare financial, administrative, and operational reports as needed. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, ADA, FCRA, and all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience as an on-site Property Manager (preferred). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Maintenance or handyman experience is a major plus. Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio preferred). Basic accounting and reporting skills. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus. Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance required.
