Assistant Property Manager Oakbrook Corporation - 3.2 Oregon, WI Job Details 1 hour ago Benefits Paid holidays Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Oakbrook Corporation is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Prairie Brook Apartments , a beautiful 153-unit apartment community in Oregon, Wisconsin. In this role, you will support the daily operations of the property by assisting with resident relations, leasing activities, maintenance coordination, and administrative responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and building a rewarding career in property management. Key Responsibilities Assist with leasing efforts, marketing initiatives, and apartment tours Respond promptly and professionally to resident questions and concerns Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with vendors and contractors Conduct property inspections to ensure cleanliness, curb appeal, and safety standards are maintained Prepare and maintain reports, including traffic reports, marketing updates, and market surveys Support rent collection, lease administration, and resident file management Assist with resident retention programs and community events Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies Collaborate with the Property Manager to support daily operations and achieve occupancy goals Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents Qualifications Previous experience in property management, leasing, sales, office administration, or customer service preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Detail-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software is a plus Ability to perform regular property inspections, with or without reasonable accommodation Why Oakbrook?
