We are seeking a part-time team member to serve as a property manager. The person in this position plays the important role of being the company's front-facing professional for our customers.

Essential Job Functions:

Professionally communicate with current tenants and applicants Conduct onsite inspections of properties Take pictures and videos of units Establish processes and procedures to ensure top notch service is provided Some passion to troubleshoot technical issues with tenants Define scope of work for remodels and maintenance requests Assist with leasing Conduct move-in orientations and move-out inspections

Position Requirements:

Prior property management experience Primarily located within 15 miles of Racine, WI Desire to be involved in real estate projects Comfort with technology (can take photos/videos on a smartphone, is able to meet virtually, proficient using Google Drive products). Access to laptop and cell phone Comfortable working independently Ability to drive with access to reliable transportation Enjoys interacting with the diverse public Reliable Hours will vary depending on performance, your availability and our portfolio growth, starting at a few hours per week and $22-$25 per hour. The ideal independent contractor will view this opportunity, at least initially, as a side hustle, a career exploration launchpad or an opportunity to supplement your income.
