This role ensures safe, well-maintained, and compliant housing that supports client stability and wellbeing. Responsibilities include daily property operations, leasing, rent collection, inspections, and adherence to HUD, Fair Housing, and local regulations. The Property Manager manages vendors, maintenance, and budgets, prepares financial and occupancy reports, and partners closely with program and clinical teams. Ideal candidates bring property management experience in affordable or supportive housing plus strong organizational and relationship-building skills. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of LSS healthcare-related residential properties to ensure safe, well-maintained housing for clients Coordinate leasing, move-ins, inspections, rent collection, and compliance with HUD, Fair Housing, and local regulations Manage vendor relationships, maintenance requests, and capital improvement projects within approved budgets Monitor property budgets, track expenses, and prepare routine financial and occupancy reports Partner with program, clinical, and case management staff to support resident stability and service goals Respond to resident concerns, conduct resident meetings, and promote a respectful, inclusive community environment Support risk management through safety checks, incident documentation, and adherence to LSS and regulatory policies Contribute to process improvements and special projects that enhance housing quality, efficiency, and client outcomes Required Skills Property operations management Budgeting and financial reporting Lease administration HUD and Fair Housing compliance Vendor and contractor management Facilities and maintenance coordination Resident relations and conflict resolution Yardi or similar property management software Risk and safety management Data reporting and documentation
