Residential Program Manager - IDD Waiver Services Unlimited PossAbilities - Barboursville, WV Full‑time | Leadership | Residential/ISS Program Unlimited PossAbilities is seeking a Residential Program Manager to oversee daily operations in our ISS homes. This role provides hands‑on leadership to DSPs and House Leads, ensures safe and high‑quality services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and maintains compliance with IDD Waiver and Medicaid requirements. Key Responsibilities Home Oversight & Compliance Supervise House Leads and provide indirect oversight of DSPs. Conduct regular home visits to ensure safety, cleanliness, and policy compliance. Ensure BSP plans, nursing protocols, and IPP requirements are followed. Review documentation, logs, and service notes for accuracy. Staff Support & Leadership Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing training. Ensure completion of required trainings (AMAP, BSP, ISS competencies). Partner with HR and Scheduling to resolve staffing shortages and coverage needs. Assist with AMAP coverage and medical appointment coordination. Client Support & Service Quality Ensure individuals receive person‑centered services aligned with their IPP and personal goals. Monitor client progress, incidents, behavioral data, and overall well‑being. Support transportation, community integration, and daily living activities. Participate in IDT meetings and ensure follow‑through on team decisions. Incident & Clinical Coordination Ensure incident reports are completed accurately and submitted on time. Communicate with guardians, case managers, BSPs, and nursing staff. Support consistent implementation of behavioral and clinical recommendations. Operational Support Assist House Leads with scheduling, staffing ratios, and daily operations. Approve timesheets, mileage, and service documentation. Ensure homes have necessary supplies and resources. Participate in the agency on‑call rotation.
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma (Bachelor's preferred). 2+ years experience in IDD Waiver, residential services, or behavioral health. 1+ year supervisory or leadership experience. Strong understanding of IDD Waiver and ISS requirements. Valid driver's license and ability to travel between homes.
Preferred:
Experience supervising multiple residential/ISS sites. Familiarity with BSP plans, AMAP requirements, and clinical documentation. Strong crisis management and de‑escalation skills. Experience with high‑acuity or behavioral‑support clients. Why Join Us? Pay:
From $42,000.00 per year
