Job Opportunity:
Program Director - Ringwood Supervised Apartments We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to oversee our Ringwood Supervised Apartments as the Program Director . About Spectrum for
Living:
Spectrum for Living is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing barrier-free residential and day program facilities, along with a variety of essential services. These include medical/nursing, psychological, recreational, vocational/educational, dietary, social, and therapeutic services. We also offer respite care, family support, adult training centers, and supported employment opportunities for individuals with physical and developmental disabilities.

Shift:
9 AM - 5 PM (Flexible)
Days Off:
Friday & Saturday Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage residential programs and assigned staff to ensure the safety, health, and well-being of our clients. Ensure compliance with fire, safety, health, agency, and licensing standards, including property management and program documentation. Monitor program budgets and oversee the allocation of assigned funds. Develop, monitor, and evaluate Individualized Habilitation Plans and behavioral treatment programs in accordance with professional practices and Spectrum for Living's Modification Manual.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent. Experience in a supervisory role working with the developmentally disabled adult population. Knowledge of DDD licensing standards. Strong supervisory, communication, and organizational skills.
