Provide management for properties owned/managed by the WWHA.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
Maintain a positive public image and be responsive to customers, constituents and colleagues.
Assure compliance with a variety of regulations and program requirements.
Provide case management to tenants to assist in their housing stability. What education, experience, skills and competencies do I need?
Obtain and maintain Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) certification within one (1) year of hire date and as required thereafter.
Requires two (2) years combination of education and/or experience in related field with combination of one or more community relations and interviewing skills.
Requires high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Initative, collaboration and teamwork.
Attention to detail.
Bilingual skills are desirable.
