Job Description

The City of Cuba City is seeking qualified applicants for the full-time Director of Public Works position. This leadership role oversees the administrative and operational functions of the Street, Park, Electric, Water and Sewer Departments, including budgeting, long-range planning and personnel management.

Minimum Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree, professional certification, or equivalent combination of training and experience in a related field 3-5 years of related professional experience preferred Ability to respond to emergencies within 30 minutes (required) Residency within the City of Cuba City preferred Water and wastewater operator certifications a plus Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required within one year of appointment Benefits The City of Cuba City offers an excellent benefits package, including competitive health insurance options, retirement contributions, paid time off, and long‑term career stability within a supportive municipal organization.
