About Us River Forest Yachting Centers of Stuart and Moorehaven, FL, are premier specialty boat storage and service facilities. We provide discriminating boat owners with secure, long-term storage and complete mechanical service solutions. We are currently seeking a customer-focused, organized Purchasing Assistant to join our team at our Stuart, FL location. Operating under the direction of the Facility Manager, you will work directly with our expert staff, external service providers, and our high-end clientele to deliver an exceptional standard of service.
Receive stock orders, stock shelves, order supplies, check inventory, and maintain a clean, highly organized parts department.
Administrative Support:
Perform data entry, file maintenance, and utilize Microsoft Office alongside firm-specific software.
Facility Support:
Conduct boat checks and multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to climb a ladder.
Customer Service & Communication:
Deliver top-tier service via phone, email, and in-person interactions with clients and staff.
Skills & Qualifications Professionalism:
Professional demeanor, polished appearance, and a solution-oriented, positive attitude.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with acute attention to detail.
Organization:
Exceptional organizational skills, resourcefulness, and a strong sense of urgency.
Technical Aptitude:
Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to quickly learn proprietary software.
Requirements:
Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and local residency (only local candidates will be considered).
