Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Full-Time Office Assistant to join our team at our Shiloh, IL location. This role will primarily support the Purchasing Department, with occasional assistance provided to other departments as needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a proactive work ethic, and advanced computer proficiency.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM (with a 45-minute meal period) (Approximately 40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

Process new orders and change orders. Match receiver copies to invoice documents and verify pricing using Agility software Update and revise order details within Agility software Scan and electronically file Work Orders, Reman Work Orders, and Change Orders Enter stock item price increases using spreadsheets Void unnecessary delivery tickets Complete and process Work Orders Receive and verify Purchase Orders Reconcile order acknowledgements with

Purchase Orders Qualifications:

High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred Proven ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced office environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experienced in database software Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service and professional telephone etiquette Knowledge of building materials and related terminology is a plus
