Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Responsibilities Tracking and following up on purchase orders Communicating with vendors Monitoring deliveries and logistics Coordinating with drivers and resolving transportation issues Ensuring timely updates and follow-through on material-related activities Following up on P.Os and pushing if needed Requirements Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to coordinate logistics and communicate effectively with vendors and drivers Adaptability to a hybrid work environment Previous experience in purchasing or supply chain preferred High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a plus Basic computer skills and familiarity with procurement processes System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
