Pay:

$24 to $26 per hour based on experience. Benefits and PTO available Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing / Inventory Assistant with strong SAP experience to support our purchasing and supply chain operations. This role involves processing orders, managing vendor relationships, coordinating shipments, and providing cross-departmental support. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable with numbers, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Process purchase orders, sales quotations, and requisitions using SAP. Coordinate vendor communication, including pricing, availability, delivery schedules, and order status. Arrange shipping and courier services for imports/exports and local deliveries. Maintain accurate records, reports, and data entry. Resolve order discrepancies and work with departments to address purchasing issues. Provide general support to Sales, Operations, and Administration as needed. Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in SAP (required). Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Comfortable working with numbers and detailed data. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
