Position Summary:

The Procurement Purchasing Assistant manages ordering activities for Procurement Commodities within France, Germany, Spain, the UK and Portugal. This also includes operational sourcing activities following the Procurement processes and strategies.

Essential Functions:

Review of Purchase Requests (PRs) Purchase Order (PO) creation / update and follow up of POs Operational Sourcing Service Desk activities (provide support to internal stakeholders) Maintenance of info records (e.g. catalogues) Communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders (internal customers, buyers) Use of Airbus ERP Systems (SAP) Use of other specific tools (Coupa) Requirements
