The ideal candidate will have experience supporting purchasing or procurement operations, communicating with suppliers, tracking orders, and maintaining accurate records. Pay is $22-$23/hr. Depends one experience Shift - Monday-Friday 8 hours with a one hour lunch can start at 7am, 730am, or 8am. Job Responsibilities Support daily purchasing and procurement activities. Monitor and analyze reports related to aftermarket parts and materials. Follow up with suppliers regarding order status and expected delivery dates. Communicate with vendors through email and phone to obtain updated delivery information. Enter and maintain purchasing, order, and delivery information accurately in the company system. Track outstanding orders and proactively identify potential delays. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to purchases and supplier communications. Assist the purchasing department with administrative and clerical duties as needed. Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure materials are received on schedule. Use Excel to organize, track, and analyze purchasing and inventory information. Qualifications Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, expediting, materials, or a related administrative role preferred. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow up with suppliers and effectively manage multiple orders. Comfortable working with computer systems and entering data accurately. Ability to identify discrepancies, research issues, and follow through to resolution. Previous experience working with aftermarket parts or industrial materials is a plus.
