We're seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to lead program/production planning, capacity management, and material coordination across a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role support complex, multi‑level BOM environments and long‑lead procurement cycles. This role ensures production readiness, schedule accuracy, and alignment with program requirements. Key Responsibilities Build, maintain, and optimize the Master Production Schedule Analyze capacity, labor, and material constraints Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and engineering teams Monitor schedule adherence and drive continuous improvement Support MRP processes and long‑range planning Problem‑solving mindset Qualifications 3-7 years of scheduling, planning, or supply chain experience Strong MRP proficiency Aviation background/experience preferred Excellent analytical and communication skills
