Job Description
The Operations and Fiscal Coordinator provides progressively responsible administrative, fiscal, payroll, personnel, procurement, and operational support for the College of Agriculture, Environment and Nutrition Sciences ( CAENS ). This position coordinates daily business operations while ensuring compliance with university, state, federal, and sponsor regulations. The position supports departmental and program operations through financial transaction processing, payroll and personnel administration, procurement, budget monitoring, student employment coordination, grant and proposal support, records management, meetings, travel, and administrative services.
