For any questions, please call 510.525.2600, or fill out the form Patient Services Scheduler in our Patient Services Department in El Cerrito You will answer incoming calls from patients who want to schedule their Lasik, Cataract, Dry Eye and Pterygium surgery. You will respond to patient inquiries via inbound and outbound phone calls, emails or text message or our CRM. If patients "cancel or "no shows" for their appointments, you will be required to follow up with them and re-schedule. You will be a member of the Patient Services team to schedule appointments for all our 7 locations and pre-qualifying patients over the phone. You will also inform new patients about their appointment details and project a professional company image through voice and online interactions.
Call Center/Patient Services Agent Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails Management and resolving customer complaints Schedule surgeries Identify and escalate issues to supervisors Provide information about procedures and obtain information from patients Research required information using available resources Confirm and enter new appointments using scheduling software Route calls to appropriate resources/office and or staff Document all call information (marketing adsource) according to standard operating procedures Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls Follow up customer calls where necessary Complete call logs and daily reports Other duties as assigned Are you bi-lingual? (Spanish/English). This is a MUST (pre-requisite). Call Center Agent Qualifications and Skills MUST speak Spanish and English at least 5 years of experience Proficient in relevant computer applications 4-7 years of experience in a call center environment Knowledge of customer service practices and principles Excellent data entry and typing skills Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
