Manage Material Quality Issues:

Support the containment, documentation, and resolution of nonconforming materials, deviations, and return materials authorization (RMA) processes to prevent manufacturing interruptions.

Oversee Containment and Holds:

Plan and execute physical and systematic inventory holds and material transactions in accordance with quality management guidelines.

Review and Verify Quality Records:

Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adequacy of deviation records, investigations, and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) logs.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally:

Partner with multidisciplinary teams and local stakeholders to drive process improvements and support external regulatory audits.

Maintain Procedures and Documentation:

Create and update standard work instructions, forms, and quality records to support a zero-defect manufacturing environment.
