Job Summary As a Service Coordinator, you will work with customers to provide quality, on-time service and with technicians to assist them in completion of work orders. The Service Coordinator is often the initial contact with customers. This position is fast-paced and requires the ability to juggle multiple technicians, vendors, and jobs at the same time . A Service Coordinator needs to have good communication and problem-solving skills. Building partnerships and good relationships with customers at both the corporate and store level is a must to be successful in this role. Job Duties Scheduling / Dispatching of work orders Creating Purchase Orders for material & equipment. Follow-up such as lead times, delivery and pickup Supporting multiple technicians throughout the day regarding work ticket completion, material pickups/returns, and equipment orders/returns Communication by updating multiple customer portals throughout the day with estimated arrival and completion times Proficiently handle multiple jobs throughout the day and communicate with techs on-site and problem solve any possible issues in a timely manner Job Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers and technicians Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet daily deadlines and complete tasks on time Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Organized individual with extreme attention to detail Dependable and punctual Typing 45wpm & 10-key Proficient with Microsoft Office products (especially Outlook and Excel) and able to navigate the internet
