•Please read the full posting before applying. Application instructions and four short questions are included below. About the Role NOCO Remodeling and Design is a growing Northern Colorado remodeling company specializing in bathrooms, kitchens, and home renovations. We're expanding our operations, developing our showroom, improving our systems, and incorporating AI and technology throughout the business. We're looking for an Office Manager / Operations Coordinator who wants to help us build the company—not simply manage a list of administrative tasks. The most important quality we're looking for is initiative. If you notice a problem, investigate it and work toward solving it. If something keeps falling through the cracks, create a better system. If you don't know how to do something, research it, use the resources available to you, and figure it out. We're looking for someone whose natural response is: "I'll take care of it." What You'll Do This role combines office management, customer communication, project coordination, and operations.
Responsibilities will include:
Answering phones and communicating professionally with customers Managing scheduling, appointments, calendars, and follow-ups Coordinating estimates, projects, subcontractors, inspections, and customer appointments Helping coordinate materials, permits, and project logistics Keeping project information, documents, schedules, and records organized Assisting with proposals, estimates, invoices, and project tracking Following up with customers, vendors, and subcontractors Identifying problems early and taking ownership of finding solutions Creating and improving company systems and procedures Using AI, automation, and technology to make the business more efficient Anticipating what needs to happen next instead of waiting to be told No two days will look exactly the same, and the role will evolve as the company grows. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is hungry —ambitious, motivated, hardworking, and genuinely interested in building a career. You may be a great fit if you: Take initiative without needing constant direction Take ownership of problems from beginning to end Follow through until something is actually finished Look for answers before saying, "I don't know" Are highly organized and detail-oriented Learn quickly and enjoy figuring things out Think ahead and anticipate needs Can prioritize when multiple things need attention Communicate clearly and professionally Handle direct feedback well Are comfortable respectfully challenging an idea when you see a better solution Want increasing responsibility and career growth Resourcefulness, initiative, judgment, and technological aptitude matter more to us than remodeling experience. We can teach you our business. It's much harder to teach someone how to think critically, take ownership, and solve problems independently. AI Proficiency Is a Core Requirement You need to be comfortable and proficient using AI. We're actively incorporating AI and automation into the way NOCO Remodeling and Design operates. We're not looking for someone who has simply used ChatGPT a few times. We want someone who understands how to use AI as a practical work tool and is excited to become even better at it. You should be comfortable using AI to research and solve problems, improve communications, organize information, create procedures and resources, learn unfamiliar tasks, improve workflows, and identify opportunities for automation. You don't need to be a programmer or AI engineer. You do need to be technologically confident, capable of learning new tools quickly, and proficient enough with AI to independently use it to accomplish real work. When you encounter something repetitive or inefficient, we want your instinct to be: "Is there a better way to do this—and can AI or automation help?" Experience with ChatGPT and other AI platforms, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM/project-management software, and workflow automation is strongly valued. Start Part-Time. Grow With Us. This position will initially begin part-time because we're focused on finding the right long-term person. For someone who demonstrates initiative, good judgment, problem-solving ability, and a genuine ability to make the company more effective, our goal is to transition the position into a full-time role with greater responsibility, opportunity, and earning potential. And we're not necessarily looking for someone who wants to remain an Office Manager forever. As NOCO Remodeling and Design grows, this position could develop into a larger role in operations, management, and potentially company leadership. If you prove that you're an asset, we want to give you more—not hold you back. How to Apply Do not apply through Indeed. Applications submitted through Indeed will not be reviewed. Email your application directly to alexafredrickson@gmail.
