PTO and Holiday pay. Surgical Scheduler We are seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Full-time Surgical Scheduler to join our team. The Surgical Scheduler works closely with patients, physicians, and clinical staff to coordinate surgical procedures and pre-certification requirements. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and follow-through to help ensure a smooth experience for patients throughout the scheduling process.
A successful candidate should have:
CMA, RMA, or LPN credentials Previous experience in a medical office or surgical scheduling environment Excellent communication and patient-service skills Strong computer skills and experience working with an electronic health record system The ability to learn and navigate multiple computer programs Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive patient information confidentially Benefits include paid vacation, holiday and personal time off, a 401(k) profit-sharing retirement plan, health, dental and life insurance, and excellent pay.
