Qualifications:

Previous scheduling experience in a home care agency or healthcare setting is a MUST. Experience coordinating caregiver schedules and filling open shifts. Strong communication skills with caregivers and clients. Ability to manage last-minute callouts and scheduling changes in a calm, professional manner. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with scheduling software and basic computer applications. A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules. Communicate regularly with caregivers, and office staff. Ensure shifts are filled promptly while providing excellent client care. Work closely with the Care Manager and office team to support daily operations. Share weekday and weekend on-call responsibilities with the main Scheduler and Care Manager to address urgent scheduling needs and client or caregiver concerns.
