ASAP RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate daily production activities, work orders, schedules, and material requirements. Ensure technicians have the correct parts, tools, equipment, and documentation needed to complete assigned work. Track materials and work-in-progress throughout the production process. Identify and communicate material shortages, production delays, quality concerns, and equipment issues. Maintain accurate inventory, production, and ERP system transactions. Work with inventory, receiving, engineering, and quality teams to resolve discrepancies and production constraints. Stage, organize, label, and distribute materials to designated production areas. Monitor production priorities and provide regular status updates to supervisors and management. Support cycle counts, inventory audits, material reconciliation, and shortage investigations. Maintain organized production areas by following 5S and continuous-improvement practices. Follow all aerospace quality standards, safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies. Support a fast-paced operation that may require overtime, weekends, or schedule changes based on production and launch needs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalency certificate Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must be able to pass a pre employment background check Must have Warehouse operation experience

• Assembly line work
• Forklift operation
• Fabrication using hand tools and power tools
• Mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Able to work NIGHT SHIFT, overtime and/or weekends as needed Standing for long periods of time, climbing up and down ladders, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, and stretching may be required to perform the functions of this position Able to lift up to 25lbs. unassisted We are an equal opportunity employer!
