Job Description

Coordinates day-to-day operations during the pre-opening and transition period of the clubhouse and golf facility Manages and oversees janitorial services to ensure the facility meets cleanliness and presentation standards Assists in establishing homeowner member accounts, including access setup and member communications Supports the setup and operation of golf retail, point-of-sale systems, and related technology platforms Serves as a primary on-site contact for vendors, contractors, and service providers during the transition Assists with telephone and email communications for members and the general public regarding club services and operations Provides general administrative support to the Regional Director of Operations and the broader operations team Performs other duties as assigned as the operation grows and evolves Regular and reliable attendance required Six months to one year of related experience in golf, hospitality, club management, or facilities operations preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience Role may require light physical activity including walking the facility, assisting with setup tasks, and standing for extended periods during opening activities Work is performed in both indoor clubhouse and outdoor golf course environments; noise level is moderate Ability to read and speak English required to effectively communicate with members, co-workers, and vendors Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with golf management or point-of-sale systems a plus Exceptional organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with homeowners and members Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and adapt as operational needs change Healthcare Benefits
