We are seeking an Intake Operations Specialist to join our personal injury firm located in Peachtree City, GA, who will work in close collaboration with our Intake team to maximize the client experience. Positions Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM with an hour for lunch Responsibilities Support the intake team and ensure a smooth client experience from signup to their first attorney call. Communicate with partners, clients, attorneys, and case managers about cases. Setup cases, documents, and other information in our case management system. Identify opportunities to streamline processes. Leverage technology, automation, and AI to increase department effectiveness. Requirements At least 1 year in a customer service or operations setting Exceptional interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong technical skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and proficiency with AI like ChatGPT Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Capable of working independently and as part of a team If you are looking for stability, structure, and long-term growth in a professional legal environment, we encourage you to apply!
