Responsibilities would include: Greeting and welcoming patients to our practice Answer multi-line phone system Scheduling and confirming appointments Prepare patient charts Confirming insurance benefits Creating financial estimates Collecting payments

Ability to multi-task Organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent telephone manner Effective communication skills
