We're looking for an Equipment & Yard Operations Specialist who takes pride in a job well done and enjoys working as part of a high-performing team. This is a hands-on role that keeps our dealership organized, efficient, and ready to serve our customers. What You'll Do Safely load and unload equipment. Wash, detail, and prepare equipment for sale and customer delivery. Stage and organize equipment throughout the yard. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional dealership appearance. Work closely with our Sales, Service, Parts, and Transportation teams. Keep equipment locations, keys, and inventory organized and up to date. Take ownership of the yard and look for ways to improve efficiency every day. What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Self-motivated with attention to detail.
