Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in managing and coordinating schedules, ensuring smooth onboarding and training processes for new hires. The Scheduling Coordinator will play a vital part in maintaining efficient operations by overseeing daily scheduling activities, supporting new employee onboarding, and facilitating training sessions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. They will also help with training and onboarding and daily activities Responsibilities Manage and coordinate daily schedules for team members, departments, or clients to ensure optimal time utilization. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling orientation sessions and training programs. Support the training process by organizing training sessions, tracking attendance, and ensuring all new employees receive necessary resources. Collaborate with managers and team leads to understand scheduling needs and adjust plans accordingly. Maintain accurate records of schedules, training sessions, and onboarding activities. Communicate effectively with staff regarding schedule changes or updates to ensure clarity and efficiency. Monitor and update scheduling systems or software to reflect current commitments and availability. Provide support during the onboarding process for new hires to facilitate a smooth transition into the organization. Skills Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with scheduling software or tools is preferred. Experience supporting onboarding and training processes is advantageous. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Professional demeanor with a proactive attitude toward assisting team members and new hires. Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
