Own Your Growth at Nufarm Based at our Chicago Heights manufacturing site, the Maintenance Planner / Scheduler plays a critical role in optimizing plant operations. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime and support safe, efficient production. Working closely with maintenance, operations, procurement and external partners, you will help ensure the right work is done at the right time with the right resources. How You'll Help Us Grow Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules aligned with production needs Review, prioritize and track maintenance work orders to ensure timely and effective completion Coordinate materials, parts, tools, internal resources and external vendors to support maintenance execution Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment history and performance data Analyze maintenance metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability and cost control Support planned shutdowns, turnarounds and major maintenance activities Ensure all maintenance activities comply with Nufarm safety standards and regulatory requirements Could This Be You? Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Management or a related field 3-5 years' experience in maintenance planning, scheduling or coordination within a manufacturing or industrial environment Experience using CMMS and work order management systems Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work cross‑functionally Maintenance or planning certifications are an advantage What We Offer The base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 per year. Compensation is determined by several factors, including market location, and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Nufarm, we believe in total compensation.
