The Role Asna Yoga & Wellness is a movement and wellness space designed to encourage self-understanding through movement, meditation, and community. We are seeking a reliable, organized, and people-focused Studio Operations Associate to support the daily operations of our growing wellness studio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating welcoming experiences, connecting with clients, supporting a team, and helping a community-centered space run smoothly. As an Operations Associate, you will play an important role in shaping the Asna experience by supporting clients, instructors, and studio operations while helping create a warm, organized, and professional environment. This role offers an opportunity for growth within the company. Successful Studio Managers who demonstrate strong leadership, initiative, and alignment with Asna's values may have the opportunity to grow into expanded leadership responsibilities.

Compensation & Benefits Starting Rate :

$20/hour

Growth Opportunity :

Opportunity to increase to $22/hour following a successful 3-month performance review

Schedule :

Approximately 30-40 hours per week

Complimentary unlimited Asna membership Opportunity for professional growth and expanded leadership responsibilities Candidates must have availability to work a combination of studio shifts, including: Early mornings beginning at 7:00 AM Evening shifts ending as late as 8:30 PM Weekend availability is required, with availability for at least one of the two weekend days (Saturday or Sunday) Schedule flexibility is important, as Operations Associates will help support the studio during key operating hours and ensure a consistent client experience. Responsibilities Create an exceptional guest experience by welcoming clients, answering questions, assisting with memberships and bookings, and fostering a warm, community-focused environment. Support client communication and engagement through phone calls, emails, sharing studio updates, promoting upcoming events, and helping clients stay connected with the Asna community. Support daily studio operations including opening/closing procedures, client check-ins, waiver completion, basic Mindbody tasks, schedule updates, and maintaining an organized, welcoming studio space. Build strong relationships with instructors by providing support during shifts, listening to feedback and ideas, and communicating insights and opportunities to studio leadership. Assist with retail and merchandise operations including helping clients with purchases, maintaining displays, and communicating inventory needs. Take ownership of the studio experience by identifying opportunities for improvement, supporting team members, and helping maintain consistency across studio procedures and service standards. What You'll Bring Strong customer service and communication skills A warm, approachable, and professional presence Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment Reliability and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities Comfort working independently during assigned shifts Ability to learn new systems and technology quickly Interest in yoga, fitness, wellness, or community-focused spaces is a plus Experience with Mindbody or similar scheduling/client management software is a huge plus! Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, wellness, fitness, or studio operations Experience with Mindbody, Union, etc. Experience working in a boutique fitness, wellness, or membership-based environment Previous leadership, team coordination, or operations experience Why Asna?
