Key Responsibilities:
Schedule installation projects and coordinate daily workloads for approximately four installers. Supervise installers and monitor job timing, quality, communication, and completion. Meet with homeowners, builders, contractors, and showroom customers to understand needs and recommend solutions. Design practical closet and storage layouts, create line drawings to present to customers, and review measurements. Coordinate product ordering and communicate project details with customers, builders, suppliers, and internal staff. Learn and support sales of custom closets, melamine systems, wire shelving, shower doors, glass products, and related accessories. Help customers evaluate options and make informed decisions based on their space, needs, and budget. Develop a strong understanding of installation requirements, product specifications, pricing, and project timelines.

Ability to read blueprints. Strong organizational, communication, and customer-service skills. Practical, mechanically inclined, and comfortable understanding installation processes and tools. Ability to visualize an empty space and develop functional, attractive storage solutions. Sales or customer-facing experience is helpful.
