You will optimize site resources, balance production priorities, and lead scheduling logic. Preferred candidates bring plant maintenance operations experience and proficiency in SAP Colaboritti / SAP-PM.
location:
Morris, Illinois job type: Contract salary: $42 - 48 per hour work hours: 6am to 4pm education: No Degree Required responsibilities: Develop, publish, and maintain optimized daily and weekly site schedules balancing production priorities and maintenance resources.

Facilitate weekly scheduling meetings with Gate Keepers to negotiate work unit priorities and align resource availability.

Call off necessary special services, contractors, and specialized tools required to support planned work and peak coverage.

Monitor and track weekly schedule compliance, publishing results cross-site and providing resource utilization reports.

Provide continuous feedback to job planners regarding plan detail, logic, and preventative versus corrective maintenance ratios.
qualifications:
1 to 3+ years of experience in plant and/or maintenance operations within an industrial setting. Strong proficiency in SAP-PM and experience with SAP Colaboritti. Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
