University Park, IL Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Senior Service Operations Specialist to start

IMMEDIATELY

Responsibilities Coordinate and optimize daily operations of the Aftermarket Service Department Schedule field service technicians and prioritize service requests Manage work orders in the ERP system and oversee preventative maintenance schedules Monitor technician utilization, labor reporting, and service performance metrics Support development of standardized service processes and work instructions Prepare reports, document action items, and follow up on customer meetings Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and contractual obligations Qualifications Minimum of 3 years in service operations, field service, or aftermarket support Experience coordinating field service teams and using ERP systems (Epicor preferred) Proficient in CRM platforms and MS Office Suite Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and customer satisfaction Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, with limited travel (up to 10%) for customer visits or meetings Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Lean Service, or Continuous Improvement methodologies (preferred) Experience with KPI development, reporting, and analytics Skills Strong organizational and coordination skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically Epicor Business analytics and KPI reporting expertise Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why choose Integrity Trade Services At Integrity Trade Services, we value our employees by offering a competitive weekly paycheck and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
