You will maintain data accuracy in CMMS, analyze maintenance trends, forecast work, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Develop and manage maintenance schedules for utility assets and facilities Coordinate with operations, engineering, and vendors to plan preventive and corrective maintenance Optimize resource allocation, labor, and materials to minimize downtime Track work orders, backlog, and KPIs using CMMS or similar systems Analyze equipment performance data to improve reliability and scheduling accuracy Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company maintenance standards Forecast maintenance needs and support long-term asset planning Prepare reports and communicate schedule status and risks to stakeholders Required Skills Maintenance planning and scheduling
