All Fleet Inc. is looking for an independent, focused, and customer-driven Night Operations Specialist. This is a professional operations position supporting commercial drivers, mobile repair technicians, and fleet customers across multiple markets. We are not only looking for experienced dispatchers. We are looking for people with exceptional service instincts who can be trained to dispatch. You could be a great candidate if you have succeeded in overnight hospitality, healthcare, security, restaurant management, customer service, transportation, or another environment where reliability matters.
WHAT GREAT PERFORMANCE LOOKS LIKE
Every incoming breakdown is handled promptly Every technician receives complete job information Every customer knows what is happening Every delay receives follow-up Every completed job has proper documentation Every unresolved situation has clear ownership Every morning handoff is detailed and accurate
