Schedule cold storage warehouse orders for food products

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Schedule daily orders for warehouse Verify accuracy of all scheduled orders Communicate special requests made by carriers to the operations team Report order scheduling issues to customer service

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

(KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES) 1 year warehouse, manufacturing or transportation environment experience Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers. Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics Basic math skills Excellent organizational skills and the ability to function in a fast paced, highly visible, and changing environment Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguity Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed Why Lineage?
