Operations Support Specialist Rentaload USA | Indianapolis, Indiana $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience Rentaload is the worldwide leader in load bank rental services, and we're growing. We're looking for an Operations Support Specialist to join our Indianapolis team and keep orders moving from booking through delivery. This is the role that connects sales, engineering, and the shop floor. What You'll Do Enter orders into our ERP system and make sure specs, requirements, and delivery dates are documented right at booking Schedule and track orders through production, spotting potential delays early and getting them resolved Coordinate logistics for customer orders and inbound supply chain deliveries Work alongside the Operations Manager to keep job flow moving, making sure shop and field teams have the documentation, materials, and schedule clarity they need Support purchasing and supply chain activity Schedule and allocate field service technicians, equipment, and other resources to hit customer commitments Serve as the internal go-to between the shop floor and other departments What You Bring Associate degree or equivalent experience in equipment sales, service, or a related field (bachelor's a plus) 3-5 years in inside sales, customer service, or account management Comfort with Microsoft Office and hands-on ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus, not a requirement) Strong organizational skills, meaning you can juggle multiple open orders without dropping the ball Clear communicator who can talk specs and status with customers, engineers, and your own team Self-starter who's comfortable managing your own priorities day to day Background in equipment, electrical, or industrial manufacturing is a plus Why Rentaload Stable, growing company in a specialized industry with real staying power A role where you'll see the direct impact of your work, from order entry to delivery Standard Monday-Friday business hours Collaborative team environment across sales, engineering, and operations Health, dental, vision, paid time off, paid holidays, 5% 401k match, and more Work Environment Primarily office-based with regular access to the warehouse and production floor.
