Scheduler Requirements:

State Registered Nurse Aide (SRNA/CNA). Long-Term Care experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel. One year scheduling experience.

Scheduler Job Functions:

Lead the labor management process. Understand facility budget, special pay policies, and pay practices. Results management. Immediate staffing. Schedule planning. Timecard/schedule reconciliation. Employee record maintenance.
