Monday-Friday | Full-Time Position Overview Snelling is currently recruiting for a Branch Operations Assistant to support daily operations at a busy vehicle auction facility in Eminence, KY. This is a unique inside/outside position for someone who enjoys a mix of office and hands-on work. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outdoors around vehicles while also handling general clerical and administrative responsibilities inside the office.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist with day-to-day branch operations Perform general clerical and administrative duties Enter and maintain information accurately in computer systems Assist with paperwork, filing, and other office tasks Work outdoors as needed to support yard operations Assist with vehicle-related activities and general branch needs Communicate professionally with customers, employees, and visitors Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Previous office, clerical, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Comfortable working both inside an office and outdoors Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable and dependable attendance Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers Must be comfortable working around vehicles and in an outdoor yard environment Valid driver's license preferred
