( This IS NOT a supervisory position) Duties Coordinate the timely assembly and delivery of dishes from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met Communicate clearly with chefs, servers, and other kitchen staff to prioritize orders and resolve any issues promptly Monitor food quality, temperature, and presentation before serving to guarantee guest satisfaction Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including plating and garnishing dishes to meet quality standards Manage the flow of orders on the pass station, ensuring smooth transitions between kitchen stations during busy service times Support food safety protocols by handling dishes with care and maintaining cleanliness in work areas Works well with team members to uphold a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and efficiency Qualifications Previous experience in food service or casual dining restaurant is

REQUIRED
