Core Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

Manage documents, file paperwork, and handle incoming mail.

Scheduling and Coordination:

Coordinate cross-department workflows.

Tech Literacy:

Proficiency with office software like Microsoft Office or Caterxpert

Loading & Unloading:

Check order accuracy against production sheets, inventory items, and load boxes or insulated containers securely into the vehicle.

Safe Transport:

Drive company or personal vehicles along assigned routes while following all traffic laws and keeping hot/cold items at safe temperatures.

Delivery & Setup:

Unload items at the destination, assemble food displays or buffet lines as requested, and present receipts or collect payments if needed.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Keep the delivery interior clean, perform routine vehicle checks, and report mechanical issues immediately.

Customer Service:

Greet clients politely, answer basic menu or order questions, and handle on-site requests with a professional attitude.

Warehouse Inventory and Supplies:

Track stock levels, take inventory, and order necessary office or operational supplies.

Communication:

Act as a link between departments, answer staff questions, and assist with vendor relationships. Qualifications & Requirements

Driver's License:

Valid state driver's license and a clean driving record.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift and carry heavy items or catering bins weighing up to 50 lbs.

Soft Skills:

Punctuality, time management, and clear verbal communication

Key Requirements and Skills

Education:

Prefer a bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.

Experience:

1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role.

Organization:

Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to manage daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with coworkers, management, and vendors.

Compensation Details Compensation:

Hourly ($22.00 - $25.00)
