KITTERContract AssignmentPay:

$22-25/hr pending experience Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Production Coordinator / Kitter to join their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create production kits with required parts and instructions for next level assembliesCorrectly labeling parts allowing the receiving party to quickly identify what's in the kitCreate shippers and deliver materials to shipping department for outside processingEnsures correct parts are kept in the appropriate quantities to support production and assembly requirementsIdentify and communicate all shortages/discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracyCorrectly labeling parts allowing the receiving party to quickly identify what's in the kitProcess miscellaneous material transactions including location changes, scrap, cycle count adjustments, etc.

May operate hand truck for delivery or picking of parts and suppliesStrive to accomplish team goals following established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety standards and regulations

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GEDA minimum of 1 year of experience working in a similar role with materials, stocking, or inventory is a plus Must be detailed oriented, self-starter, and able meet deadlines Ability to understand and follow a set of clear oral and/or written procedures without deviationAbility to interact with cross-functional disciplines; possess good customer skills Physical lifting requirements include; ability to lift 50 pounds (4 inches to 25 inches), capable of pushing or pulling a weight of 60 pounds, a grip strength of at least 50 pounds, and be able to reach above the shoulder (65 inches).US. Citizenship is required.

Position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance, if needed.
