What You'll Do:

Respond quickly to new homeowner inquiries Make outbound calls to new and existing leads Build rapport and keep conversations moving Work through questions and objections without sounding pushy Schedule qualified appointments for our in-home sales team Keep lead and appointment information updated in our CRM Stay persistent and follow up with homeowners until you connect, overcome hesitation, and secure the appointment Use coaching and feedback to keep getting better This is a fast-moving, high-volume role with 200+ call attempts on a typical day . You'll need to stay positive, focused, and ready to bring the same energy to the last call as the first. You'll Be Great at

Connect naturally with people over the phone Are confident, persuasive, and comfortable asking for the appointment Don't get discouraged by unanswered calls or hearing "not right now" Like having clear goals and being rewarded when you hit them Are competitive but still a supportive teammate Are dependable, organized, and comfortable learning new technology Previous call center, appointment-setting, inside sales, or customer service experience is helpful—but a strong phone presence, great attitude, and proven work ethic matter just as much.

The Details Base salary:
