JOB SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE

The Operations Coordinator positions will work in conjunction with the Operations Coordinator Supervisors on the daily movements of rail freight that best meet the needs of our customers in a

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 1) Coordinate and plan freight movements based on customer demands in conjunction with the Operations Coordinators. 2) Work closely with the Transpiration Specialists with the execution of the planned movements for each day. a) Calling for duty. b) Completing work orders. c) Obtaining and maintaining rail car movements in computer software. d) Maintaining information in Google Docs. e) Proper haz-mat paperwork. 3) Work closely with customers on proper billing and releasing of rail cars to and from their facilities. 4) Work closely with connecting railroads on the interchange of rail freight. 5) Professionally and respectfully communicate both in verbal and written communications in English. 6) Focus on

$28.85 - $36.16 per hour
