As a Scheduler, you will support and complete the full cycle of field coordination actions with team members, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine planning and scheduling assignments that require the selection and application of basic scheduling principles and techniques with oversight. Assist in drafting schedules using common CPM scheduling programs with oversight Support supervision through the monitoring and updating of project schedules Assist site management to formulate mitigation plans to correct scheduling problems Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels All other duties as assigned

Additional Information:

It is likely and anticipated for Mortenson team members to participate on traveling project assignments throughout their careers. Depending upon the operating group, frequent mobility may be required We are currently seeking individuals to join us in 2027

Preferred Qualifications:

Have previous related internship experience Have a basic understanding of construction and generally accepted business practices Demonstrate strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills and show initiative and leadership Showcase a positive and professional attitude and exemplary customer service skills Are detail-oriented, organized, and can effectively handle multiple competing priorities The base compensation range for this role is $78,800 - $98,500. This position is eligible for a potential annual bonus. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skill and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
