Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Scheduler to join our Utilization Review Department in Bolivar, Missouri - someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

What Your Day Looks Like:
The CMH UR team appraises appropriate and efficient utilization of services provided by CMH members of the medical staff to patients. As a Scheduler, you will be: Ensuring the payers are prepared to reimburse CMH for scheduled services in accordance with the payer-provider contract. Contacting payers to secure authorization Working with the Specialty clinic team to ensure surgical schedules are filled, and patients are scheduled timely with all authorizations in place for coverage of the surgery.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
1 year of customer service/scheduling
Skills:
Organization, able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking
