In-Store Appointment setter $17/HR + Weekly Bonuses + Monthly Bonuses + Commission Part-Time with Fast-Track Full-Time Opportunities Are you competitive, outgoing, and motivated by money? We are looking for high-energy appointment setters to represent the #1 EcoWater dealer in the nation inside major retail stores including Costco, Home Depot, and Lowe's. You will be the driving force behind our sales team's success by generating qualified in-home water test appointments with customers shopping in-store. The stronger you perform, the faster you grow. What You'll Do Approach and engage customers inside Costco, Home Depot, and Lowe's Start conversations and educate homeowners about free in-home water testing Schedule appointments for our sales representatives Represent our company with professionalism and energy Work independently while staying motivated throughout your shift Hit performance goals and earn bonuses + commission Compensation Starting pay: $17/hour Weekly performance bonuses Monthly bonuses Commission opportunities Top performers earn significantly more Fast-track advancement opportunities into full-time and leadership roles What We're Looking For Strong communication skills Positive, outgoing personality Comfortable approaching strangers Able to handle rejection without losing energy Self-motivated and competitive Reliable transportation Smartphone required Must be available Saturdays (mandatory) Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
