Dispatch Scheduler

Chapel Hill, NC Description We are hiring a professional and detail-oriented Dispatcher Coordinator to support police officers and partner agencies with scheduling, communications, and administrative needs. This is a fully in-office role in Huntersville, NC with a strong team-focused environment and growth opportunities.

Schedule, Pay & Location:

Onsite Huntersville, NC

$20-$23/hour (temp-to-hire, 3-4 months)

Second shift options: 3pm-11pm or 4pm-12am

Schedules:

Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday Training:

3 weeks total (Week 1: 8am-5pm; then shift selection)

What You'll Do:

Assist officers and agencies with scheduling and service coordination

Handle incoming calls, emails, and system tickets (moderate call volume)

Complete accurate data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks

Communicate professionally via phone and email at all times

Follow detailed guidelines ("run books") for multiple agencies
